Q: My package is delayed/lost—what should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order, please review our Refund Policy and contact us — we want to make it right!
Q: What if my candle arrives damaged?
A: We're so sorry! Please send a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we'll help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Candle Use & Care
Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: With proper care:
- 15oz candle 65-75 burn hours
- 6oz candle 35-45 burn hours
- 4oz candle 25-30 burn hours
- 2oz candle 10-15 hours
Q: How do I get the most burn time out of my candle?
A: Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the container before blowing it out — this helps prevent tunneling.
Q: Why is my candle burning unevenly?
A: Uneven burning is usually caused by not letting the wax pool completely on the first few burns. Always allow the candle to burn 2–3 hours to melt the entire top layer.

A: Our candles are thoughtfully crafted with a blend of organic coconut wax and beeswax, offering a clean, long-lasting burn without synthetic additives or hormone-disrupting ingredients. Q: Are your candles safe to burn around children and pets?
A: Our candles are made with 100% organic coconut and beeswax and scented only with essential oils — no synthetic fragrances or hormone-disrupting additives. However, we recommend keeping candles out of reach of children and pets and burning in a well-ventilated area.
Q: Do your candles contain paraffin or phthalates?
A: No! Our candles are completely free of paraffin, phthalates, parabens, and synthetic dyes or fragrances.
Q: Are your candles vegan?
A: Our candles contain beeswax, so they are not vegan. However, we only use sustainably sourced, cruelty-free beeswax. Product
Appearance & Scent
Q: Why does my candle look slightly different from the photo?
A: Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using natural ingredients. Some variation in color, texture, or scent strength is completely normal — and part of what makes each candle unique.
Q: The scent isn't as strong as I'm used to — why?
A: We use essential oils instead of synthetic fragrance oils, which means a more subtle, natural aroma that's safer to breathe but may not "fill" a room the same way artificial scents do.
