Order Processing: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our studio (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic Shipping (United States): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package. All domestic orders over $120 (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping: We proudly ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country of residence.
Carrier & Tracking: We ship via USPS (sometimes UPS/FedEx for bulk items). Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues: Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages—be sure your delivery address is correct.
