12. Product Safety Disclaimer

Our candles are hand-poured with all natural coconut and beeswax and scented with essential oils. While we strive for the highest quality and safety standards, it is your responsibility to use our products safely.

Please follow these guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable items, and drafts

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use

  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

  • Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lily & Lavender Company., its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of law or rights of a third party.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the remainder.
